Candidates must be nationals of Philippines
and have at least 7 years’ experience in policy, planning, managing and
implementing development cooperation programmes at the international and
national level. Within this experience, considerable experience in
policy/project design, management and strategy development. Extensive
experience in managing teams. Thorough understanding of the HIV epidemic and
its implications. Understand the relevance of wider
public health and development issues as they relate to HIV and vice-versa.
